• Lead a dynamic group of Service Technicians and Service Advisors to reach their maximum potential.

• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time.

• Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models; manage technician productivity.
• Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership.
• Actively participate in effective training and development meeting.
