You will join Young Automotive Group as an Assistant Service Manager, supporting daily Service Department operations and helping develop technicians and advisors. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and department performance.

The role requires a strong powersports service background, leadership skills, and a commitment to a team-oriented culture that values growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Experience in automotive or powersports service environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of powersports and fixed operations.
• Passion for exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Proven work ethic aligned with the company culture.
• Growth mindset and desire to make a difference.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Service Manager with daily Service Department operations.
• Assist in leading, coaching, and developing service technicians and advisors.
• Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and department efficiency.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns.
• Assist with meeting department profitability and performance goals.
• Promote a positive, team-focused environment aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to support dealership operations.
• Participate in training, meetings, and employee development.
• Maintain strong knowledge of powersports products and service operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Service Department.
