United Rentals, Lakeside, CA, is seeking a Service Manager to lead a major maintenance enterprise and build a profitable location. Youter hire, motivate and manage Service Technicians, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and repaired to exceed standards.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, oversee R&M and P&L, and drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and business management.

Competenze

• High School diploma required; trade-school degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driverdrivers license with acceptable driving record.
• 5 yearsf service and maintenance experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Motivate, coach and train technicians to meet time & quality standards.
• Staff location adequately based on skills and workload.
• Responsible for R&M, P&L and associated costs/budget.
• Lead, plan, measure and continuous improvement of all service and maintenance performance metrics.
• Oversee parts department activities to ensure optimal customer service and productivity.
• Evaluate performance and provide necessary skills training and regular coaching.
• Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
