Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after completing paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide world-class service while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic customer service.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
