Qualifications

2+ years automotive service experience.
Dealership service experience preferred.
Stable employment history with long-term commitment.
Strong work ethic and personable team member.
Proven leadership to mentor and train staff.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pass background screening and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

Guide and plan for team to attain financial goals and company standards.
Create an environment conducive to efficient daily workflow.
Use pricing parameters to generate profit; interview and mentor service advisors and technicians.
Advance manufacturer relationships to promote products and services.
Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure high-quality service.
Comply with regulations affecting service operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
