Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader.
• Experience with Honda/import OEM preferred.

• Experience analyzing KPIs and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
