Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional automotive detailing (paint correction and high-speed buffing experience preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a 'fixed-right-the-first-time' mentality regarding vehicle aesthetics.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level interior and exterior reconditioning on all vehicle makes and models, with a focus on the Honda lineup.
• Execute advanced paint correction, including buffing, polishing, and removing surface imperfections to restore factory gloss.
• Apply protective coatings and sealants with precision to ensure long-term vehicle preservation.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections on completed vehicles to ensure they meet Tonkin’s rigorous "Front-Line Ready" standards.
• Manage shop supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
