You’ll oversee scheduling, staff development, and warranty processing while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shop or service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with dealership management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and customer communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department operations and scheduling.
• Coach technicians and service advisors to meet quality standards.
• Track repair orders, parts, labor, and warranty claims.
• Hit KPIs for efficiency, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on service issues.
• Manage warranty submissions and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and coordinate with parts.
• Hire, train, and evaluate service staff; manage performance.
• Control department costs including labor and supplies.
