Glendora Chevrolet is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department in Glendora, CA. This full-time role demands strong leadership, customer focus, and a track record of growing service profitability.

The position offers performance-based compensation of $160k–$280k per year, with comprehensive benefits and GM/Chevrolet standards adherence. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team and drive CSI higher through excellent service.

Competenze

• Experience leading a service department (Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager).
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CSI, customer experience standards and repair processes.

Mansioni

• Lead the overall performance and profitability of the Service Department.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
• Grow customer pay revenue and gross profit by improving hours per RO and labor rate.
• Ensure compliance with GM/Chevrolet standards and dealership procedures.
• Review department numbers daily/weekly/monthly and adjust strategy as needed.
