Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers is seeking a Service Manager in Warrensburg, MO to lead service operations in a fast-paced shop. You will work with leadership to develop technicians, manage service goals, and ensure safety and quality in all repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive repair as technician/advisor/manager.
• Experience mentoring technicians preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with a professional approach.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians with guidance from Store Manager.
• Evaluate technician performance and provide input on development and promotions.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety and productivity.
• Oversee daily work orders and allocate time, tools, and materials.
• Support diagnosis for general and complex service requests and advise on training to improve skills.
