Job description

We're recruiting for an HVAC Service Manager on behalf of a well-established residential and commercial HVAC contractor in West Warwick, RI. This is a leadership role — not just a senior tech title.

What the role actually is: You're running the service department. Scheduling, technician development, quality control, escalated support, metrics. The technical depth matters, but so does the ability to build a team and hold a standard.

What they're looking for:

• 10+ years of HVAC experience across residential and commercial — you've seen the full range
• Real supervisory experience (not just "led by example")
• EPA Universal required; NATE or manufacturer certs are a plus
• Comfortable with service management software and reporting — this isn't a clipboard operation

Technical scope includes: RTUs, heat pumps, gas/oil/electric systems, boilers, hydronic, building controls. Complex troubleshooting and field support when your team needs it.
