This role offers a meaningful path forward for someone ready to grow into broaderleadership, and we're committed to investing in your long-term success.Key Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and mentor electrical service technicians to achieve performance goals andcareer development• Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews• Oversee scheduling, routing, and daily assignments for technicians• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion, efficiency, and quality workmanship• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to technicians as needed• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations• Handle escalated customer concerns with professional, timely resolutions• Review estimates, invoices, and recommendations for accuracy and professionalism• Track key performance metrics, including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, closerates, callbacks, and customer satisfaction• Monitor job costing, labor utilization, and department profitability• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment in ServiceTitan or company systems to minimizecosts and ensure availability• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a strong service workforceWe Offer• Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses• 401(k) retirement with company match• Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off• Company events & parties• Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-termdisability insuranceRequirementsEducation• High school diploma or equivalent required• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferredExperience• 5+ years of electrical service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managementrole• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (may vary by state)Licenses/Certifications• Valid driver's license with clean driving record requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong technical knowledge of electrical service, troubleshooting, and repair practices• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field/service management software preferredPhysical Demands and Conditions• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces duringfield supportWork Environment/Travel• Primarily office-based with frequent field visits and ride-alongs with technicians• May require evenings, weekends, or overtime to support customer and operational needsAbility to pass background check and drug screening
