Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced Install Manager for HVAC installations. You will lead installation crews, mentor leads and apprentices, coordinate with Sales, Project Managers and Field Supervisors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role emphasizes safety, codes, and customer satisfaction. Requires EPA 608, 5+ years HVAC install, 2+ years leadership; NATE preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required.
• 5+ years in HVAC installation, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required; NATE certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop installation crews, including leads, installers, and apprentices.
• Oversee installation projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors to schedule projects and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Review job documentation in ServiceTitan or company CRM, and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor KPIs and track labor and material costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting for the department.
• Prepare and present departmental performance reports to company leadership.
