C & B Operations, with 38 John Deere dealerships across 6 states, is seeking a Parts Specialist in Sibley, IA. The role involves selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories, with a focus on exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, ability to lift and move parts, and High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience is preferred; pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells parts on-site and off-site to meet customer needs.
• Supplies service technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with maintaining merchandise displays and inventory organization.
• Verifies receiving of shipments and places stock orders in proper locations.
• Keeps the parts department clean and orderly and reports shortages to the manager.
• Maintains departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.

C & B Operations with 38 John Deere dealerships across 6 states is searching for a Parts Specialist in Sibley, IA. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic disposition to meet or exceed the on-going needs of our customers. Prior sales experience and John Deere equipment knowledge is a plus. Fast paced environment, with outside sales development potential for the right individual. Will be expected to be a part of the on call rotation as needed during seasonal hours.

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. C & B Operations, LLC is a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to operate a fork lift preferred
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
