Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee Front of House operations and supervise all Front of House employees to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance, coaching, and discipline of Front of House staff.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees through daily feedback.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, shifts, and tasks before, during, and after opening hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment through core values and goals, with incentives.
• Practicing safe food handling procedures.
