Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years in a service operations manager role in fire detection/protection or security.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with effective communication.
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes and standards.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department for the assigned division.
• Supervise and develop technicians, service coordinators, dispatchers.
• Oversee scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and report to management.
• Maintain asset management, inventory, and vehicle operations.
• Partner with sales and installation teams to grow division profitability.
