Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a service operations manager role within the fire detection or security environment.
• Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements and key financial drivers.
• Knowledge of current fire alarm and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department of assigned Division.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch associates.
• Responsible for scheduling and completion of service jobs.
• Develop a budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Ensure employees comply with safety initiatives.
