Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee field operations and profitability at our Alabama site. The role involves coordinating with planners on scheduling, controlling costs, procurement, and accounting functions.

You will determine financial impacts and partner with the Branch Manager on safety and HR duties, while supporting field operations with technical troubleshooting and parts availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and software.

• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.

• Assess financial impact of field operations on branch performance with the Branch Manager.

• Assist field operations with troubleshooting, tooling needs, and parts availability.
