Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee field operations and drive profitability. You will collaborate with planners on scheduling, manage job costs, procurement, and accounting functions while ensuring safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field or industrial experience with supervisory or management exposure, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and basic software used for scheduling, costing and procurement.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to crane service.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and profitability of service jobs.
• Coordinate scheduling with planners and manage job costs, procurement and accounting tasks.
• Support safety, HR and recruiting duties in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Assist field teams with technical troubleshooting, tooling needs and parts availability as required.
