Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead field operations, oversee scheduling, costs, procurement, and accounting functions.

The role includes evaluating financial impacts, coordinating safety, HR, and recruiting duties with the Branch Manager, and assisting with technical troubleshooting and parts availability. The candidate should bring 5+ years in field/industrial roles with supervisory experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial experience, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and profitability for service branches.
• Coordinate with planners on scheduling, job costs, procurement, and accounting functions.
• Assess financial impacts of field operations on branch performance.
• Oversee Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting duties with Branch Manager.
• Assist field operations with technical troubleshooting, tooling requirements, and parts availability.
