Job summary

Washington County Tractor, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead service operations at our Normangee location. You will partner with all departments to ensure excellent customer experiences and profitable service labor sales.

The role requires high school diploma, supervisory experience, and strong mechanical aptitude, with duties including team training, process implementation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Computer skills expected.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations at the location and partner with all departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote best practices in the service department.
• Train team members on processes and safety guidelines; lead continuous improvement.
• Complete reports and forms related to work assignments.
