Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage inventory and parts, and to generate service records.

Responsibilities

• Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment, organizing the yard (Ready to Rent, Returned, Down).
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and ensure equipment availability.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies; provides training to staff mechanics.
• Works with vendors, updates service records, and handles warranty claims; bills work orders.
• Disposal of solid and hazardous waste; maintains various reporting and inventory records.
