Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required and essential for field work.
• Extensive experience in repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Clear perspective of maintenance and repair issues in the industry.
• Proven planning and management experience.
• Proficient in computer literacy and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts to maintain supplies.
• Train and assist staff mechanics.
• Learn maintenance requirements from equipment vendors.
• Evaluate equipment after repairs and safety checks.
• Document equipment status before/after rental.
• Handle customer complaints regarding equipment condition.
• Create, update, and bill work orders; maintain service records.
• Commit to safety and perform quality control checks.
