Job summary

DH Pace Company, serving Greenville, SC, is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead our entry door systems service and installation team. You’ll manage budget, P&L, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting while interfacing with customers to ensure top-quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in supervisory roles within building products or repair services, plus a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and two years’ supervisory/managerial experience in building products or services.
• Must be an excellent communicator with strong organizational and mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own department budget and P&L with cost control of labor and materials.
• Direct scheduling/dispatching of employees and assist with troubleshooting.
• Ensure high-quality service through effective customer communication.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technicians and administrative staff.
