Holman Cadillac is seeking a Service Manager to lead Service Advisors, Technicians, and Lot Attendants, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth aligned with business goals.

You will set department vision, motivate the team, and coach staff to excel while maintaining a focus on outstanding customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Holman Cadillac is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their team!

The Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
• Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department
• Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
• Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
• Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
• Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $105,050.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
