Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager Build to Rent to coordinate maintenance across multiple communities. You will prepare schedules, assign work, and oversee repairs and safety programs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance experience, tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 95% of the time. This role emphasizes service quality and efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years or more experience with progressive maintenance, safety, and major HVAC, construction, plumbing and electrical work.
• Knowledge of building maintenance programs, irrigation, pool systems, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work remotely if necessary.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; team-oriented attitude.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates weekly/daily maintenance schedules and assigns tasks to the maintenance staff.
• Repairs hazards or coordinates completion of tasks with the maintenance team.
• Uses personal vehicle to transport tools on site.
• Ensures safety compliance and coordinates with Community Manager Build to Rent.
• Maintains grounds and supports rehabilitation and construction projects on properties.
