Job summary

Critter Control Operations seeks a Service Manager to lead wildlife exclusion, repair, and remediation teams for residential and commercial properties. You will drive service quality, coach technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering humane wildlife solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with multiple software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver high-quality wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety compliance and service quality.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize delivery and efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles are reliable.
• Address customer concerns and support retention efforts.
• Cover open routes due to vacations or turnover.
• Manage district chemical orders and wildlife control supplies; monitor inventory.
• Monitor accounts receivable with District Manager and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct ride-alongs to provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure licensure in district and assist with renewals.
