This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring profitability and compliance with OEM and company standards.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve performance targets and deliver best-in‑class service
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless, professional, and high‑quality service experience
• Oversee daily service operations including workflow, productivity, and repair order management
• Monitor department performance, analyze gaps, and implement action plans to achieve business goals
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with OEM partners and support campaigns, recalls, and reporting requirements
• Manage departmental budget, costs, and resources to maintain profitability and efficiency
