Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service Coordinators and drive productivity while expanding business through proactive prospecting and account management.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and talent identification across channels, with a focus on client satisfaction and cost controls to meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with at least 3 years staffing industry experience.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual) is highly desirable.
• 3 years of leadership experience including mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities
