• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new field technicians.
• Implement SOPs to improve response time, workflow, and service quality.
• Support commissioning, startup, and functional testing of BMS systems.
• Troubleshoot controller, network, and sequence-related issues.
• Adjust wire sheet logic, modify programming, and update documentation.
• Verify sequence of operations and maintain commissioning records.
• Provide customer training on BAS functionality, usage, and maintenance best practices.
