Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of pneumatic tools, equipment and tire service methods.
• Experience with brakes, suspensions, CV axles, tire balancing, oil changes.
• Ability to diagnose automotive systems and interpret instructions.
• Strong service sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mechanics and service technicians.
• Create a fleet service schedule and log service calls.
• Handle service calls, phone sales and walk-in customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety policies and space appearance.
• Oversee work orders and fleet maintenance scheduling.
