Job summary

Boulevard Tire Center - Serving Florida Since 1968 is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily operations in our automotive service retail store in Florida. You will drive customer service, schedule fleets, and manage a team of mechanics and service technicians to meet quality and speed standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales skills, and the ability to coordinate service calls, prioritize work orders, and uphold safety and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Possess Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and speed of service.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Develop and direct a team of Mechanics and Service Techs.
• Create a fleet service schedule and follow weekly or monthly fleets.
• Handle service calls and log them on the dispatch sheet.
• Handle phone sales and walk-in customers.
• Create a work order on all merchandise for service calls or deliveries.
• Schedule maintenance on fleet service vehicles; weekly inspection of trucks and report condition or damage to Manager.
