Boulevard Tire Center in Mt. Dora, FL is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and deliver top-quality tire and automotive services.

You will oversee service calls, schedule fleet work, and drive sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate brings management experience, ASE certifications, and a strong focus on safety and process efficiency to ensure excellent service and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Able to sit, stand and lift 70 lbs as needed.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience with tire service and automotive diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanics and service techs to deliver quality work.
• Develop and direct fleet service schedules weekly or monthly.
• Handle service calls and log dispatch accurately.
• Manage phone sales and walk-in customers.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop space.
