Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold the service team accountable — advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Build a culture of hard work, teamwork, and customer-first service.
• Own department KPIs: CP hours per RO, effective labor rate, fixed absorption, CSI, and technician efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and dispatch to keep the shop running efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and develop advisors and technicians; build a bench for future growth.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a solutions mindset.
• Manage service operations through Dealertrack DMS.
• Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to support overall fixed ops performance.
• Ensure compliance with Acura/AHM service standards and warranty procedures.

Riverton Acura is growing, and we're looking for a Service Manager who leads from the front. This is a chance to build and run a service department the right way — with a strong team, high standards, and real accountability. What We're Looking For

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Acura or import brand experience a plus, but not required
