Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a hands-on Service Manager at our 168-unit community in Monroe, NC. You will lead maintenance and service operations, mentor a team, and ensure timely, high-quality work that keeps residents satisfied.

You will plan maintenance, oversee work orders and inventories, and collaborate with leasing, property management, and vendors to keep the property in excellent condition and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community.
• Proven leadership in service or maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• A passion for customer service.

What You'll Earn

• $28.00-$31.00 per hour
• Up to 100% rent discount
• Shared renewal commissions, paid monthly

• $15/day on-call appreciation pay

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community
• Proven leadership in service or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Valid driver's license
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
