Morgan Properties seeks a hands-on Service Manager to lead maintenance and service operations at our 168-unit community in Monroe, NC. You’ll mentor staff, plan repairs, and ensure timely, quality work while delivering the highest level of resident service.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community.
• Proven leadership in service or maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• A passion for customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

What You’ll Earn

• $28.00-$31.00 per hour
• Up to 100% rent discount
• Shared renewal commissions, paid monthly
• $300 Morgan Essentials, paid quarterly
• $15/day on-call appreciation pay

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
