Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead our Overhead Door Company of Greenville team, manage equipment, service and installation technicians, and maintain strong customer interfaces.

The role carries budget and P&L responsibilities and requires effective cost control. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity within a commercial building products company, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience; preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities with a commercial building products and materials company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products
• Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Overhead Door Company of Greenville ™ , a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Service Manager who will manage equipment, service, and installation technicians. This position will be very hands‑on directly leading our entry door systems service and installation business with a high degree of customer interfacing.

Position Overview
