Eagle Kia/Chevy is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department, motivate a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on leadership role focuses on improving performance, profitability, and quality while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

You will manage advisors and technicians, monitor labor sales, and ensure accurate estimates and timely vehicle delivery. A strong track record in dealership service operations is required.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate technicians and service advisors, improve department performance, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily service department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Monitor labor sales, productivity, and departmental profitability.
• Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and timely vehicle delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and technician efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and safety requirements.
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve service department goals.
