Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee parts ordering, inventory management, and warranty claim processing.
  • Train and mentor service staff on new technologies, repair procedures, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to optimize overall dealership operations.
  • Prepare and manage service department budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving customer satisfaction and departmental profitability goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or business administration preferred.
