Job summary

Penn Power Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead our diesel service department in Syracuse, NY. You will manage day-to-day shop operations, mentor a team of diesel technicians, and keep customers in the loop from diagnosis to delivery. We are looking for someone hands-on on the floor who knows the trade and can lead people.

Salary up to $95K with additional salary consideration based on experience and an annual discretionary bonus. Career growth in a company with 50+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years heavy-duty diesel repair experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, diagnostics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
