Job summary

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-volume service operation. You will develop and mentor a top-performing team of service advisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient, state-of-the-art service processes.

Qualifications

• Track record of success developing service departments and unlocking the potential of all employees within this department.
• Prior Toyota experience preferred.
• Proven experience in training, directing, and removing barriers to success.
• Prior automotive service management experience is required.
