S&J Plumbing seeks a Service Manager to build and lead a best-in-class service department in Arlington Heights, IL. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor field technicians, coordinate dispatch, set a high-energy tone daily, and drive exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
