Job summary

S and J Plumbing and Sewer in Arlington Heights seeks a results-driven sales leader to grow our home service and replacement business. You will drive sales targets, coach a motivated team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across every service interaction.

Collaborate with the General Manager to reach ambitious goals, mentor the inside sales crew, and coordinate with technicians to deliver a flawless 5-Star customer journey. This full-time role offers growth and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business.
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed goals.
• Provide training for techs on delivering the 5-Star Experience for our customers.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure sales metrics.
• Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Handle customer concerns as needed to maximize value.
