The role supports both field and shop operations with a heavy emphasis on organization, safety, and timely service delivery. A high school diploma and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, shop support, service coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Experience using ERP, service management, or inventory systems.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse/shop environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process service work orders using ServiceMax, STEEB, and other business systems.
  • Coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, equipment movement, and customer requests.
  • Prepare service documentation, customer sign-off paperwork, and shipment confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate billing information, time entries, and customer payment records.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of equipment and manage transportation logistics.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and handle equipment safely.
  • Support shop operations by pulling parts and tracking inventory.
