Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum in Nashua, NH is seeking an onsite Service Coordinator to manage tracking of serviced products via our ERP system and external matrices. You will maintain accurate documentation for goods returned and maintain ongoing contact with customers, sales representatives, and internal staff by phone, fax, and email.

This is a Monday–Friday, onsite role with shifts 7:00–3:30, 7:30–4:00 or 8:00–5:00. Target compensation is $22–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with ERP systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Lead role experience in a service-related environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking of serviced products via ERP and external matrices.
• Maintain documentation for goods returned and service parts.
• Serve as main contact for logistics on service parts issues.
• Coordinate with customers, sales reps and internal staff by phone, fax and email.
• Assist with the return of equipment at field locations and overseas.
