Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum is seeking an RMA Coordinator to manage returns, customer service requests, and service operations in a fast-paced technical environment. You will handle RMAs from customers, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Office-based role with occasional visits to operational areas; compensation is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to graduation from High School, or that would provide required knowledge, skill, and ability to successfully perform the assigned job duties.
  • Experience: Basic math skills; 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Address customer requests for RMAs via email.
  • Customer Support: Issue RMAs to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support via email.
  • Customer Support: Provide price quotes for valve repairs.
  • Portal & System Management: Update customer portals.
  • Portal & System Management: Update Valve Tracker.
  • Returns & Service Operations: Receive all inbound RMA returns.
  • Returns & Service Operations: Relocate valves as needed.
  • Service Documentation & Pricing: Invoicing service orders.

Position Summary

The RMA Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient processing and management of returned materials (RMAs), customer service requests, and internal service operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end handling of customer returns, coordinating logistics, maintaining system records, and supporting internal teams with order fulfillment and service documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced technical service environment.

Duties
  • Customer Support:
    • Address customer requests for RMAs via email.
    • Issue RMAs to customers.
    • Provide customer support via email.
    • Provide price quotes for valve repairs.
