Job summary

Sunset Porsche Audi in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to manage our loaner fleet and be the face of the service department. You’ll coordinate reservations, verify documents, and ensure vehicles stay mobile while in service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role, automotive or rental car experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to learn dealership software (Dealerware).
• Strong verbal and written communication; de-escalation with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and guide them through the loaner process.
• Handle inquiries/complaints with tact and manage high-volume calls.
• Send daily reminders for required documentation to ensure smooth check-in.
• Assist in accident reporting, insurance claims, and deductible collection for loaners.
• Oversee daily loaner fleet staging, cleaning, fueling, and parking by 11:00 AM.
• Verify driver licenses, insurance, and payment details on contracts.
• Track vehicle status, keys, and utilization; perform vehicle walk-arounds.
• Maintain records in Dealerware and Excel; manage fleet swaps.
