Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer-facing role (auto or rental car a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn dealership software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the loaner process.
• Communicate with customers and handle inquiries/complaints professionally.
• Send daily reminders for required documentation to ensure smooth check-in.
