Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Service Loaner Concierge at Napleton Downtown Porsche to manage the loaner fleet and ensure guests receive clean, prepped vehicles. You will inspect inbound/outbound loans, update service status, and support management with service-related projects.

This role offers growth in a family-owned company with 90+ years in business. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in automotive service or hospitality, strong communication, and a valid

• Requires effective communication skills.
• High school diploma required.
• 1 year experience in automotive service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements.
• Manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests.
• Accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation.
• Provide up to date status of guests’ vehicles in service for repair.
• Prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet.
• Monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department.
• Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due.
• Keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextService Loaner Concierge.This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton Downtown Porsche, theService Loaner Conciergefunctions as a Loaner Inventory Specialist responsible for the daily process of tracking all loaners and ensuring they are ready for use. Ensures walk-arounds are done on a consistent basis to monitor the vehicle. Acts as Service Support to assist management with service needs which may include customer service-related projects.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma and at least 1 year experience automotive service industry or hospitality industry.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License, acceptable driving record and at least age 18 years of age required to drive company or customer vehicles.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
