Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Loaner Concierge at Napleton Downtown Porsche to manage the loaner fleet, prep vehicles, and support service operations.

This role documents vehicle conditions, keeps guests' loaner status up to date, and collaborates on customer service projects. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year in automotive service or hospitality, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year experience in automotive service or hospitality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive company vehicles.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements.
• Manage loaner fleet and ensure vehicles are prepped and clean for guests.
• Inspect inbound and outbound vehicles and document conditions.
• Provide up-to-date status of guests’ vehicles in service.
• Prepare new vehicles to enter the loaner fleet.
• Monitor soon-to-be-retired loaners transferred to sales.
• Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles due.
• Keep up to date with maintenance of loaner vehicles.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextService Loaner Concierge.This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton Downtown Porsche, theService Loaner Conciergefunctions as a Loaner Inventory Specialist responsible for the daily process of tracking all loaners and ensuring they are ready for use. Ensures walk-arounds are done on a consistent basis to monitor the vehicle. Acts as Service Support to assist management with service needs which may include customer service-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements.
• Manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests.
• Accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation.
• Provide up to date status of guests’ vehicles in service for repair.
• Prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet.
• Monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department.
• Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due.
• Keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma and at least 1 year experience automotive service industry or hospitality industry.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License, acceptable driving record and at least age 18 years of age required to drive company or customer vehicles.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
